Section 45-45-201.04 - Office space, stationery, supplies, etc.

Suitable office space, and all stationery, equipment, supplies, and postage necessary for the conduct of the office, shall be furnished by the governing body of the county to the director of the department, except such stationery and supplies as the law requires to be furnished by the State Department of Revenue, the State Department of Finance, or the Comptroller.
