Alaska Statutes Title 27, Chapter 27.40 - General Provisions

• Sec. 27.40.010 Definitions.
  In this title, unless the context otherwise requires,(1) "commissioner" means the commissioner of natural resources;(2) "department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
