15-1474. Community college bookstore revenue; expenditure limitation; penalty

Notwithstanding section 41-1279.07, if a community college district exceeds its expenditure limitation prescribed in article IX, section 21, Constitution of Arizona, due to the expenditure of revenues from amounts received from retail transactions at bookstores operated by a community college district, the community college shall not have any state aid pursuant to section 15-1466 withheld and the penalty for a violation of this section shall be one hundred dollars.
