29-806. Requirement for statutory agent of foreign limited liability company
A foreign limited liability company authorized to transact business in this state shall:
1. Appoint and continuously maintain a statutory agent in the same manner as provided in section 29-604.
2. File a report on any change in the name or business address of its statutory agent in the same manner as provided in section 29-605.
