32-517. License renewal
A. Except as provided in section 32-4301, a cosmetologist, aesthetician or nail technician shall renew the person's license on or before the person's birth date once every two years.
B. A cosmetologist, aesthetician or nail technician shall submit an application for renewal accompanied by the prescribed renewal fee in order to renew the person's license.
C. A cosmetologist, aesthetician or nail technician who fails to renew the person's license on or before the person's birth date shall also pay the prescribed delinquent renewal penalty in order to renew the license.
