36-3407. Services; contract

The division shall contract for the provision of the following services relating to the seriously mentally ill:

1. Community education to increase public awareness of the needs of persons experiencing behavioral health problems.

2. Coordinated screening and intake.

3. A coordinated service delivery system.

4. Coordinated case management and individualized treatment planning for each client.

5. Ongoing family participation in the planning for and selection of continuum of care services.

6. A comprehensive continuum of care services, as appropriate for each client, which shall include but not be limited to the following:

(a) Home based services.

(b) Prevention and early intervention.

(c) Psychiatric evaluation and consultation.

(d) Ancillary support services.

(e) Crisis intervention, including short-term and mobile crisis stabilization.

(f) Outpatient counseling.

(g) Residential treatment services.

(h) Case management.

(i) Partial care services.

(j) Secure residential treatment services.

(k) Residential treatment services for clients discharged from the Arizona state hospital.

(l) Hospitalization services.

(m) Psychotropic medication services.

(n) Independent living services.

(o) Detoxification services.

(p) Respite care.

(q) Vocational rehabilitation.

(r) Transportation.

(s) Socialization and recreation.
