6-476. Examination

The superintendent shall make a report of each examination to the board of directors of the association examined, and if the affairs of the association are not being conducted in accordance with this chapter, he may require the directors, officers, or employees to take any necessary corrective action. In the interests of the members of the association, the superintendent may prepare a statement of the condition of the association, and may mail the same to the members or may require a single publication thereof.
