The School-Age Children Eye and Vision Care Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in ยง 19-6-301(242), and any other revenues as may be authorized by law, there to be used by the Arkansas Commission on Eye and Vision Care of School Age Children for the purpose of carrying out its responsibilities as stated in uncodified Section 1 of Acts 2007, No. 138.
