Failure of the permittee or transporter to pay the fees assessed by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality shall provide grounds for administrative or civil enforcement action. Sanctions may include civil penalties as provided in the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, ยง 8-6-201 et seq., or the revocation of the solid waste disposal or transporter permit.
