DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from
the examiner’s final rejection of claims 1 to 20, which are all
the claims in this application.
According to appellants, the invention resides in a process
for the disproportionation of C -C paraffins comprising reacting
