               Long et al., the junior party, filed a request for entry               
          of an adverse judgment as to all the claims which correspond                
          to the count.  (Paper No. 8)                                                
               Accordingly, JUDGMENT pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 1.662(a) as              
          to the subject matter of the count in issue is hereby awarded               
          to YOSHIAKI ITOH, TATSUYA ISHIDA, YASUO KIKUCHI, JUNJI SUZUKI,              
          CHIHARU MORIKAWA, YOKICHI TSUKIDATE, KICHIZO KUDOH, GRAHAM                  
          HOLMWOOD, UDO KRAATZ, ULRIKE WACHENDORFF-NEUMANN and CHRISTOPH              
          ERDELEN, the senior party.   Accordingly, JEFFREY KEITH LONG                
          and THOMAS MARTIN STEVENSON, the junior party, are not                      
          entitled to their patent containing claims 1-8 corresponding                
          to count 1, claim 9 corresponding to count 2 and claim 10                   
          corresponding to count 3.
