                                                        DECISION ON APPEAL                                                                    
                         This is a decision on an appeal from the final rejection of                                                          
                claims 1, 6, 10 and 11.  The only other claims in the                                                                         
                application, which are claims 2 through 5, 7 through 9, and 12,                                                               
                stand withdrawn from further consideration by the examiner as                                                                 
                being directed to nonelected inventions.
