JUDGMENT
In a paper filed on June 9, 1998 (Paper No. 21), counsel
for Winter et al. represents that in accordance with a
settlement agreement the involved Deslauriers et al. patent
has been assigned to the owner of the involved Winter et al.
application and, after review of available priority evidence,
counsel requests entry of adverse judgment against Deslauriers
et al.
In accordance with the parties’ settlement agreement and
in view of the foregoing, judgment as to the subject matter of
the sole count in issue is hereby awarded to Winter et al.,
February 12, 1991, now abandoned.
