patentably distinguish over Best.
Summary
The final rejection of claims 16-32 as being unpatentable
over AAPA in view of Fleischer is reversed.
This application is remanded to the examiner for
consideration of the patentability of the appealed claims in
light of the Best reference, of record.
The decision of the examiner is reversed.
