JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO 37 C.F.R. § 1.662(a)
Davey et al., the senior party, have filed pursuant to 37 CFR § 1.662(a), a request
for entry of an adverse judgment as to all the claims which correspond to the count in this
interference (Paper No. 103).
Accordingly, JUDGMENT as to the subject matter of the count in issue is hereby
awarded to Rexford A. Maugans, Edward N. Knickerbocker and George W. Knight, the
junior party and against Christopher Ross Davey, Thomas Craig Erderly, Aspy Keki Mehta
and Charles Stanley Speed, the senior party. On this record, Maugans et al. is entitled to a
patent containing claims 1-6 and 9-11 corresponding to the count and Davey et al. are not
entitled to their patent containing claims 1-8 corresponding to the count.
