DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1 and 3-8.
Claims 9 and 10, the only other claims pending in this application, stand objected to as
depending on a rejected base claim. In an amendment filed November 2, 1998 (Paper No. 7),
subsequent to the final rejection, claim 1 was amended and claim 2 was canceled.
