DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1 to
21, all the claims in the application.
The claims on appeal are drawn to a vandal-resistant
dispenser for washroom products, such as paper towels, and are
reproduced in the appendix of appellant’s brief.1
