DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1-15, which
are all of the claims pending in this application, which is an application for reissue of U.S.
Patent No. 5,591,389, issued January 7, 1997 on Application No. 08/447,894, filed May 23,
1995 (hereinafter "the patent"). Claims 1-14 of the patent have been amended and a new claim
15 has been added in this reissue application.
