the rejection of claim 22 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Gary,
Shah, and Grove.
The decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 1 through
3, 7, 8, 10 through 16, 20, and 21 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is
reversed. The decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 18
and 22 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R.
§ 1.136(a).
