DECISION
The rejection of claims 1, 2, and 8 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable
over Ali in view of Nagasaka and Adair with either Okuhara or Imahashi is reversed.
The rejection of claim 6 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Ali in
view of Nagasaka and Adair with either of Okuhara or Imahashi as applied to claims 1,
2, and 8 and further in view of Nagasaka or Smothers is reversed.
The rejection of claims 9, 10, 13, and 14 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being
unpatentable over Ali in view of Nagasaka and Adair with either of Okuhara or Imahashi
is reversed.
