This is an appeal from the decision of the examiner
finally rejecting claims 49-56. Claims 1-48 have been
canceled. No claims have been allowed.
The appellant's invention is directed to a method
for surgical treatment of tear ducts and passages of the eye.
The claims before us on appeal have been reproduced in an
appendix to the Brief.
