DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claim 1, which is the only claim pending in this
application.
Appellants' invention relates to a ferroelectric FET
structure having a ferroelectric layer doped to reduce retention
loss. In particular, the ferroelectric layer has a perovskite
structure with A and B sites and has a chemical composition of
