In conclusion, we have not sustained the Examiner’s
35 U.S.C. § 102(b) rejection of claims 5, 6 and 8-10, nor the
35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claim 7. Accordingly, the
Examiner’s decision to reject claims 5-10 is reversed.
