DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from
the rejection of claims 6-30. We reverse.
BACKGROUND
The invention at issue in this appeal relates to
decimation filters. Decimation filters are used to decrease
the sampling rate of data. In a conventional decimation
filter, however, noise at frequencies above the base signal of
