DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of claims 1 through 4, all of the
claims pending in the application.
The invention is directed to a high voltage detection circuit best illustrated by
Independent claim 1 as reproduced as follows:
1. A voltage detector circuit which discriminates between a high voltage
input signal and a lower input voltage without creating an excessive field
across the gate oxide of a sensing transistor, comprising:
