                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   
               This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final                 
          rejection of claims 3, 5 through 10 and 15 through 17.  Claims              
          1, 2, 13 and 14 have been canceled.  Claims 4, 11 and 12, the               
          only other claims in the application, stand withdrawn from                  
          consideration under 37 CFR § 1.142(b).                                      
               We REVERSE.
