DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1, 2, and
4-7, which are all of the claims pending in this application.1
We AFFIRM-IN-PART.
1The final rejection (Paper No. 6) erroneously lists claims 1-7 as being finally
rejected. However, claim 3 was canceled in amendment A (Paper No. 5). In addition, we
note that the examiner refused to enter an amendment filed after the final rejection (see
Papers No. 10 and 11).
