DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1
through 3. Claims 4 through 13, the only other claims in the
application, stand withdrawn from consideration pursuant to
37 CFR § 1.142(b).
Appellant’s invention pertains to a shield-plated
