                    In response to an order to show cause under 37 CFR                
          § 1.602(a), now comes senior party Plyley with a request for                
          entry of adverse judgment.  Accordingly, the following                      
          judgment is entered.                                                        
                                      Judgment                                        
                    Judgment in Interference No. 103,505 is entered                   
          against Alan K. Plyley, John M. Barker, Claude Vidal, and                   
          Russell J. Redmond, the senior party.  Alan K. Plyley, John M.              
          Barker, Claude Vidal, and Russell J. Redmond are not entitled               
          to their patent containing claims 1-17, which claims                        
          correspond to the count in interference.  Judgment is entered               
          in favor of Daniel Shichman, David A. Nicholas, and Ernie                   
          Aranyi, the junior party. Daniel Shichman, David A. Nicholas,               
          and Ernie Aranyi are entitled to a patent containing claims                 
          23-34, 35, 36-43, which claims correspond to the count in                   
          interference.
