                        FURTHER ORDERED that junior party, RUTH ANN ROSENTHAL, BARRY F. VAN DUZEE                                         
                and RAJKUMAR BHATIA, is not entitled to a patent containing claims 27-30, 32-35, 38, 40, 42, 43,                          
                45, 59, 60, 61, 63, and 65-75 (corresponding to Count 1) of application 08/156,043, filed November 23,                    
                1993.                                                                                                                     
                        FURTHER ORDERED that on the record before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences,                          
                senior party, MARY F. MOWREY-MCKEE, DAVID W. PROUD and GEORGE E. MINNO, is                                                
                entitled to a patent containing claims 1-11 and 13-20 (corresponding to Count 1) of Patent 5,096,607,                     
                granted March 17, 1992, based on application 07/515,290, filed April 27, 1990.
