III. Order
Upon consideration of the record of the interference and for
reasons given, it is
ORDERED that judgment on priority as to
Count 1, the sole count in the interference, is awarded against
junior party ROBERT R. WINTER;
FURTHER ORDERED that junior party, ROBERT R. WINTER,
is not entitled to a patent containing the claim and figures 1-6
of design patent 403,501, which correspond to Count 1;
FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this decision be given
a paper number and be entered in the administrative records of
Winter's 403,501 design patent and Bergfalk's 29/066,498 design
application.
