DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 1 through 12, which are all of the claims
pending in this application.
Appellant's invention relates to a video signal recording
apparatus in which the read control signal for reading the
video signal stored in memory is synchronized with a timing
