            parameters obtained from mail streams, and the assigning                  
            of characters in a mail piece image based on the stored                   
            data does not make the modifications obvious unless the                   
            prior art suggested the desirability of the

            No time period for taking any subsequent action in                        
            connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                  
            § 1.136(a).
