one of ordinary skill in the art within the meaning of 35
U.S.C. § 103. Accordingly, we affirm the rejection of claims
1-13.
Rejection of claim 14
The conductive pigment compositions recited in claim 14
include “metallic powders”, and this term encompasses the
copper/silver particles of Tsunaga (col. 2, lines 4-10).
Hence, we affirm the rejection of claim 14.
