                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   
               This is an appeal from the examiner’s refusal to allow                 
          claims 1-5, 7-14 and 16-20 as amended after final rejection.                
          Claim 15 stands objected to but allowable if rewritten in                   
          independent form, and claim 21, which was added after final                 
          rejection, stands allowable.
