18. A certified copy of French Application No. 93 01258 was filed in the ‘037
application (the ‘037 application file, Paper 5).
19. A certified copy of French Application No. 93 01258 (Morel Documentary Ex 3)
and verified translation thereof (Morel Affidavit Ex 2) have been served on Sekhar.1
