                     Judgment as to the subject matter of the sole count in issue (count 2) is hereby                   
              awarded to Adam et al, the junior party.                                                                  
                     Anderson et al are not entitled to a patent containing their claims 1, 2, 4-11 and                 
              13-18 corresponding to the count.                                                                         
                     On the record before us in this interference, Adam et al are entitled to a patent                  
              containing their involved claims 1-11, 13-15, 17 and 19.
