              Slingluff has filed a paper entitled "CONCESSION OF                    
         PRIORITY" (Paper 50).                                                       
              In the paper, Slingluff states that it concedes priority of            
         the count to Kawakami. Slingluff also states that it requests               
         that adverse judgment be entered against Slingluff.
