We therefore find that the examiner has failed to establish
anticipation of claim 1 by DeRose. Accordingly, the rejection
of claim 1 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(a) is reversed.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject
claim 1 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(a) is reversed.
