                                   DECISION ON APPEAL                                     
               This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's                
          final rejection of claims 13-28, all of the pending claims.  We                 
          reverse.                                                                        
          A.  The invention                                                               
               The invention is a dual-layer pre-recorded optical image                   
          storage disc employing a partially reflective layer formed of                   
          antimony sulfide, which can take the form of antimony (III)                     
          sulfide (Sb2S3) or antimony (V) sulfide (Sb 2S5).  Specification
