Conclusion
The rejection of claims 1-5 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over the combined
teachings of Unger, Rubber Technology and Kotani is reversed. The rejection of claims 6 and 7 as
unpatentable over the combined teachings of Unger, Rubber Technology, Kotani and Alia is also
reversed.
