DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
Examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-9, all pending claims in
this application.
According to Appellant (brief at pages 3 and 4), the
invention relates to a magnetic disk drive and, in particular, to
a method for improving the performance of a read cache for a hard
