DECISION ON APPEAL
Applicants appeal the decision of the Primary Examiner finally rejecting claims 13-21,
and 27, which are all of the claims pending in this application. The claims on appeal are those as
amended after the final rejection (Amendment filed, according to the certificate of mailing, on
April 13, 1998; entered as per Advisory Action mailed May 4, 1998) We have jurisdiction under
35 U.S.C. § 134.
