DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the examiner’s refusal to allow
claims 14 and 16-30 as amended after final rejection. These are
all of the claims remaining in the application.
THE INVENTION
The appellants claim a process for polymerizing propylene
using a specified catalyst. Claim 14 is illustrative and is
appended to this decision.
