DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134
(2002) from the examiner’s final rejection of claims 1, 2, 5,
and 6 (final Office action mailed Jul. 2, 2001, paper 10) in the
above-identified application. Claims 3, 4, and 7, which are the
