                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   


          This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final                      
          rejection of claims 1, 2, 4 through 13 and 15 through 27, which             
          are all of the claims remaining in the application.  Claims 3 and           
          14 have been canceled.                                                      


          Appellant’s invention relates to 1) a wedge-soled bowling
