This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s final
rejection of claims 1-4, 6-16, 18-20, 22-25, 27-37, 39-41, and 43-46, which are all the
claims remaining in the application.
We affirm-in-part, and enter new grounds of rejection in accordance with 37 CFR
§ 1.196(b).
