DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1-7 which are all
of the claims remaining in the application.
The subject matter on appeal relates to a composition comprising a mixture of a
particular type of iron compound with a cyclopentadiene derivative and 1,4-dichloro-2-
butene, 3,4-dichloro-1-butene or a mixture of the two. Further details of this appealed
subject matter are set forth in representative independent claim 1, a copy of which
