DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellants have appealed to the Board from the examiner's
final rejection of claims 1-4, 6-8, 10-13 and 15-20.
Representative claim 1 is reproduced below:
1. An image forming method, comprising steps of:
providing an image receiving member, and a transfer member
including a transfer material formed thereon;
forming a latent image on one of the transfer material and
the image receiving member in liquid containing a thermosetting
adhesive material;
