                     On March 17, 2003, senior party Lace filed a request for entry of adverse judgment,                    
              stating (Paper No. 34):                                                                                       
                            Per agreement by the Parties, Senior Party, Melvin A. Lace,                                     
                            request that an Entry of Adverse Judgment be entered against                                    
                            senior party, Melvin Lace.                                                                      
                      The request is granted.

                     ORDERED that judgment as to the subject matter of Count I is hereby entered against                    
              senior parly MELVIN A. LACE;                                                                                  
                     FURTHER ORDERED that senior party MELVIN A. LACE is not entitled to its                                
              application claims 14, 15 and 16 which correspond to Count 1; and                                             
                     FURTHER ORDERED that if there is a settlement agreement, the parties should note                       
              the requirements of 35 U.S.C. § 135(c) and 37 CFR § 1.666,- and                                               
                     FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this judgment be filed in the respective involved                       
              application or patent of the parties.
